Nicholas during his 8th grade prom this year.(2017)

Good morning beautiful friends and family. I wanted to share a few thoughts for the day. I wanted to pose a question to each of you.

I know and realize each of us have something or some things we are in fear about. A lot of times we do not even realize we are walking in doubt and fear. Often times we try to control our lives. We are obsessive, possessive, jealous, over protective, and terrified of loss. Most of my life has been defined by fear. It is a struggle to overcome fear and be in peace and trust. We all should know most of the scripture that teaches us not to fear. We know greater is He that lives in us than he that lives in the world. We know that God is our protector, our provision, our comforter, our all if we but allow. I find myself doubting and in fear quit often and more than I want. We are all in a process of growing closer or farther away from Jesus. We either serve Jesus, the Lord of all or the evil one, the accuser of the saints. We are on the Winning team of Jesus, the kingdom of Heaven, and life, or we are on the Loosing team of Satan, the kingdom of Hell, and death. I definitely want to be Team Jesus, I strive daily to be closer to my Lord Jesus. Life is not easy and it comes with trials, tests, and tribulation. Jesus said to be encouraged for He has overcome this world. That is so much to be grateful for and praise our heavenly Father. If Jesus can overcome the world, and He freely gives us all things, power, and strength, then we too may overcome the world as well. No it is not in any way easy. We must walk in Jesus strength. It is through His strength we overcome all things. He exchanges our weakness for His strength. He is so faithful. What is He calling you too?

I was at the alter praying the other day and the Lord exposed my fear. I was not aware of how much I was walking in fear. Praise Jesus He is more than able to deliver us from fear. My son Nicholas, has been facing health issues most of his life. I am grateful this past October made 6 years he is cancer free, that is all praise to our Lord Jesus, our Jehovah Rapha!!! Hallelujah, amen, thank you precious Jesus. Many times I find myself worrying excessively over him and his health. I find myself stressing over him continually. The Lord reminds me He alone has him. He has him and has plans for him, and he alone is capable and able to bring His purpose to fruition in his little life. Nicholas amazes me with how he opens up to complete strangers. He often shares his testimony and how Jesus healed him from cancer. He shows his battle scars, where he went through Cancer. I am amazed and blessed to call this precious one my son. He is such a positive light in our lives. I thank Jesus for blessing us with him. All of my children are such a beautiful gift and blessing from above. I love each of them dearly. I am proud of each of them. I thank Jesus for blessing me to be a Moma and a Meme. I pray we all grow closer to Jesus daily, that we spend more time with Him, and have some alone time with Him in quietness, in stillness, in earnest seeking to hear Him. I fall short of much. I am but human flesh. I praise Jesus He is exposing the things in my life that must be laid down before Him and the things that I must pick up before Him. He is a good good Father, Brother, Husband, Wife, Provider, Comforter, our Joy, our Strength, and the list goes on forever. May He bless each of you richly and may you be content and grateful in all things, for He is Lord, therefore He knows what He is doing. May we trust him. Love each of you.
