Do we truly know what love is? Do we honestly love unconditionally and selflessly? Are we longsuffering, and do we hope the very best in others? Do we pray for them? Do we go to them and be there for them when they need a shoulder to cry on or a ear to listen to? I pray that I do. I know I am no where near perfect. We are all full of fallacies because we are but human flesh. Hopefully we are growing daily closer to the Lord and he is renewing our minds through his precious word. We must spend that alone time with Him, if we are to know and grow in Him. We must learn to let go and allow Him to be Lord and realize He alone is more than capable to carry us through our trials and storms. He gives us His strength in exchange for our weakness. He gives us the ability to take one step in front of the other, each day choosing life, and choosing to have our hope secure in Him. No one ever said this life would be easy. In fact no one ever said just how extremely difficult it was going to be. I do not know how anyone goes through a single day without Him. I can not imagine ever being without His closeness. I am grateful for His loving touch, His loving mercy, and grace. I hope that I may be His hands, His feet, His heart, His mouthpiece, His ears, and His mind in a dying hurting suffering sin-filled fallen world. I love others and it is my heart desire to help others. I have always been a people person most of my life. I know how it feels to be alone, even in a room full of many people. I know how it feels to be broken, scarred, ill, and downhearted, burdened, and full of deep grief. The only answer to this is seeking to know Him more. Know that He loves you. He died for you. He gave everything to be the appropriation for our sin debt. We deserved death. He paid the great price with His very life for each of us. I know I am eternally grateful for His great love. If you do not know Him wont you seek Him today. He alone can mend broken hearts, heal deep scars, and bring healing to the hurting. He turns our trials into testimonies, our messes we make into messages. Love each of you, amen.
