LOVE is stronger than any addiction! LOVE never fails!!!

Many times in life we struggle. We get frustrated and do not trust. We go through dark places and wonder where is the light at the end of this never ending tunnel. We aren’t always optimistic and we become very negative and debating of ourselves and others. These times are the times we should lean upon the Lord fully. We all have been here and we all learn from our mistakes. Some of us go through the similar trial over and over until we finally learn the lessons we need to know. Love is the greatest thing we know in this life. God is love. Without him we are nothing. We are shadows walking upon the earth doomed to hell without him. We aren’t always loving and kind as we should be, but we learn patience and endurance through trials and hard times. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. I found myself very nervous and frustrated the other day. I was very anxious and moody. I was dwelling on the past and entertaining mistakes and events that I should not of dwelled on or entertained. I was being hard on myself for some past fallacies and not forgiving myself. I was dwelling on myself and was being selfish. I was replaying hurts that I had gone through and became really upset and angry. I allowed the devil to get a foot hold. Not only did I hurt myself for the day I caused my children and fiancé to endure through this bad attitude as well. They did not know what was going on all they knew was Mom was made. I had caused them to feel as though they did something wrong. I never had intentions in doing so but I did so in allowing myself to become so angry. Forgiveness isn’t just something we do once over an incident and then let it go. Forgiveness is an everyday practice. We forgive the incident and person or persons and then we let it go. We give it to God. We step out on faith and forgive through the help of Jesus, not on our own. We are incapable of doing so without him. The devil tries to remind us of the pain and hurts and if we allow him to he comes in and causes havoc on our lives. Jesus teaches us to forgive and let it go. Give it to him and he will take care of it. Vengeance is the Lords. We are to cast all our cares upon him. Pride is holding on to the incident and replaying it and wanting revenge. We must die to self daily. Praise Jesus he is always here and I am grateful for his great never ending love for his children and I am glad I am a child of the king. So the next time the devil tries to entertain thoughts of past hurts in your mind just cast all of your burdens and hurts once again upon Jesus because he cares for us and he will have vengeance and he loves us and forgives us so we too must forgive others. Matthew 6:14-15 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us form all unrighteousness. Matthew 18:21-22 Then came Peter to him , and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus said unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times; but, Until seventy times seven. God is Love and he loves us. He gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not persish but have everlasting life. No greater love is there than this. Greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world. Nothing is impossible to those who love God
