What is our lives? What does it all mean and why is it possible? What makes things the way they are and why do we suffer? These are some of the questions that plague so many of us. How can we recompense and make sense of everything that is taking place right now in this crazy world? How can we have peace when there is so much pain everywhere we look? How do we get to a place of surrender and peace? We are but a vapor, here for a while then we are gone too soon. This life is a journey to another life. We are sojourners in this world and pilgrims. This is not our home. We are not part of this world. We are only passing through on our way home to glory on the other side of the veil. We are born into this world with nothing, and we leave this world with nothing. All is seemingly meaningless, or is it? I seem to think everything means something. Honestly nothing is wasted in this life. Everything has purpose. We can make sense of this world when we look through the lens of God’s holy word. His word tells us everything we need to know about our purpose and our meaning and what God defines us as. We are who He says we are. We also have peace in Him alone. Even in a world that is

topsy- turvy we have Him right by our side. If we but allow Him to be. He is a gentleman and will not force himself on anyone. His angels guard us and keep us from harm. He never leaves us nor forsakes us. Relationships may fail. We say goodbye to loved ones when it is time to pass from this life to the next. Painful goodbyes, tear stained eyes, and hearts full of deep grieve often lead us to a greater understanding in God’s plans for our lives. Pain brings us closer to God. We seek harder after truth and want answers to the mysteries before us. We may fall into tragic horrific life events and feel everything is reeling out of control. However, what comes or goes no matter the horrific storms, greatest tragedies, natural disasters, and difficult losses that seem senseless, we still have the one who loves us with all that He is. The one who died for us and gave His life for us if we accept Him as Savior and Lord. So many of us have lost so many friends, relatives, and close loved ones during the past year and half with this new virus. It all seems unreal. One day things are fine and the next we don’t barely get to tell our loved one’s goodbye and they are in the hospital struggling for their lives. We can not visit because of the danger of the virus. We have to hold onto our memories of them. We don’t get to say goodbye. It is over before we know it. This leaves us questioning things, and why they are the way they are. We live in a fallen world. This world is sin scared. Evil is everywhere and there is a real battle between good and evil in the unseen. We can see things shifting and we know that the birth pains of Revelation of the bible are here. We run to God for comfort for He is the only peace and comfort that consoles. I do not know how anyone makes it through this new world without Him. Many of my friends are in so great of pain. The greatest thing we may do for our loved ones, friends, and acquaintances is to go to battle on our knees in prayer for them. This is how we make sense of a crazy upside-down world. We seek God greater, and we choose to continually be before Him and pray continually. He is always on our hearts. We listen to His voice and pray. We do not grieve the Holy Spirit in His guiding us each day. We choose obedience in His word, not only hearers but doers of the Word. We fight back for our country that is seemingly losing the truth of God. We stand up and take our rights back. There is more of us than there is of them. Greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world. We must not loose our freedoms. We battle on our knees. We get alone with God and Hear, truly hear Him, listen and obey Him and take our nation back to One Nation Under God. This is how we make sense of things. We TRUST GOD ALMIGHTY. If you are reading this and do not know the Lord Jesus as your personal savior, please call out to Him. He is right there waiting for YOU He died for YOU and know YOU are wanted, needed, loved, adored. After all YOU are worth dying for. 😊
